toronto-based cafe I blind ordered their bestseller espresso (80% brazil, 20% columbia) from. they give whole beans and ground options so I got their stovetop ground for my little moka pot. the scent that wafts through my kitchen… absolutely divine. early autumn mornings became something I look forward to with the ritual of filling up the moka pot and waiting for it to crackle on the stove. the taste profile of peanut butter, berry jam and toffee are SPOT ON and I like to have it with a dash of honey, melting it in with the espresso in the mug before topping it off with some frothed milk.
